*The news isn’t so much that Hillary announced her candidacy, it’s that she did it, finally. Maybe that’s why the video’s single line in Spanish got some attention – every thing else wasn’t so much predictable as it was expected.  The themes, the online rollout, the populist appeal … and the small nod to Latinos. It’s official – former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has tossed her hat in the presidential ring, and she announced it Sunday with a video, “Getting Started.” In an nod to the importance of the Latino vote, everyone in the video speaks English, but the only other language in her first video is – you guessed it – Spanish.
