Jazz De Mexico

By Victor Landa, NewsTaco Editor

It’s Friday! So it doesn’t all have to be about news and issues and such.

This is something I’ve been wanting to bring to NewsTaco readers for a while and am happy that it’s finally possible. Jazz de Mexico is an incredibly cool weekly radio program produced by Trinity University’s KRTU 91.7 FM. It’s the brainchild of  the awesome Jorge Canavati, who has a deep and encyclopedic knowledge of Mexican Jazz, musicians, compositions, bands and recordings. He also grills mean and legendary BBQ ribs and we’ll have to prime him for his secret.

In the mean time, we’ll be posting his weekly program here every Friday so you can listen while your workweek winds down, or you can come back to it over the weekend…Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning, to relax, chill.

¡Provecho!
