Immigration Roadblock Event Today!

NewsTaco has joined forces with every Spanish language broadcast station in the state of Arizona for an unprecedented simulcast event. Today, at 6:00pm CST Spanish language radio and television stations across Arizona will put aside their commercial rivalries and will join forces in Hoy Somos Arizona – a 30 minute broadcast intended to inform its listeners and viewers about that state’s controversial SB1070, its intent and repercussions. The idea is to quell misinformation and fear, and in so doing empower Arizonan’s and people across the nation with correct information and resources in preparation of what is expected to be unfavorable news from the U. S. Supreme Court regarding the controversial “show me your papers” law.
