It’s that time of the year again – tomorrow people all over America will be raising their margarita glasses, donning giant sombreros and celebrating to what many believe is Mexican Independence Day. Even though we don’t really celebrate Cinco de Mayo, we’ll still toast Mexico’s 1862 victory over France with a Bohemia or a shot of Cazadores just because, like most other Americans, we’ll take any excuse to have a drink with friends.
