Transcript Of Today’s Texas Redistricting SCOTUS Case

For those of you who want to take a deep-dive into today’s U. S. Supreme Court proceedings where Texas’ redistricting meltdown was argued, here’s a link to the transcript.

Arguments for and against the state’s latest redistricting plan were presented this morning in Washington, DC. The lawyers fought  over the validity of the most recent interim redistricting plan and the precarious timing of redrawing the mpas in time for the Texas’ primary – which has already been moved form March to April by mutual agreement of the parties involved.
