Happy Friday From Joan Baez!

Joan Baez is super famous, the daughter of a man who grew up in Puebla, Mexico. She grew up in New York, sang with Bob Dylan and has been dedicated to social justice issues for decades.

Baez has been performing for more than 50 years, has released more than 30 albums, and has written her own songs, but has interpreted the work of many others, too. She speaks Spanish and other languages and now lives in California.
