Pepper Spray Cop Meme Gets Spicier

So as you may or may not have heard, Pocho.com is back — and not a moment too soon! If you haven’t seen the University of California at Davis pepper spraying cop meme, then this is a good chance for you to get the idea really quickly.

Lt. John Pike is a U.C. Davis cop who was videoed casually pepper spraying (at close range) a group of students that were sitting on the ground. The photo and video went viral and the users began to mock the officer and his tactics by placing him in different works of art.
