Bien Hecho: Paola Longoria, Racquetball Champion

Earlier this month 22 year-old Paola Longoria of San Luis Potosi, Mexico won the US Open Racquetball Championship, beating the #1 female player in the world Rhonda Rajsich, and earning her second title.

Longoria known for being a specialist in low hits and, who during the 2008-2009 was the top WPRO player in the world, currently holds the #2 spot , and according to the organization’s site has also accomplished: winning in the Gold Medal World Games, 8 times consecutives Jr. World Championship 2000-2008, National Singles, 2006, 2008, 2009, Doubles 2006-2008, Gold medal Central -American games, Gold Medal Panamerican games 2006, 2008.

So watch out Rajsich!  Looks like Longoria is coming to claim the #1 spot back.
