Guapura 101: Drinking Water First Thing In The Morning

So one of my morning rituals includes drinking a glass of water first thing. I mean, maybe not first thing, I do wash my face and brush my teeth first, but I find that downing a glass of water before coffee or food puts me on the path to having a great day straightaway.

We all know we’re supposed to drink eight glasses of water a day, and I find that drinking one or two before you get going on your day prevents you from being thirsty the rest of the day, softens the blow of dehydration from coffee, and also has made my skin look better (supposedly, this is what my friends tell me).

Plus, I just like water. I feel like it aids my digestion and my general feeling at the start of the day, as I’ve noticed that not drinking water sometimes makes me get headaches or just feel kinda nasty. In any case, don’t know if you have thoughts on the subject, do you?
