Guapura 101: What’s Your Most Flattering Color Scheme?

Ever wear a blouse that people just can’t stop complimenting you on? That’s what happens when you wear a color that’s perfect for you.

When I was in high school I took Home Economics, long story, but we learned about how to find our seasonal color scheme, and briefly, how to use these colors best to our advantage. I do not remember my season — but I just found a great website that can help us all figure it out! Keep in mind that, after going through this list, I think these seasons are more like a spectrum than really distinct categories, but learning about what colors look good on you can make your life so much easier.

As you can see from the story and chart from College Fashion, it’s pretty self-explanatory to figure out your season, although there’s a lot more info here. I figure I fall between different seasons, as my green eyes/brown hair/yellow-ey skin combination lends itself to different seasons (when I tan I get more olive, when I don’t I’m more white, for example).
