Guapura 101: Using Baking Soda To Exfoliate
I will not spend lots of money on products for my skin, but I will spend time taking care of it. Today’s tip fits right into that rule, as my friend Chelsea recently suggested you can use baking soda to exfoliate your face, as opposed to having to buy some sort of product.
For someone like me, with oily skin, using masks and exfoliating is important. If I don’t my skin can get a little nasty, and to be honest, it feels nice to have a soft face. But you don’t have to buy exfoliant, you can just use baking soda.
If you recall, I wrote about using my mask before, but I had never tried baking soda as an exfoliant — until last night. Thanks for the tip Chelsea — baking soda really works! And it’s super duper cheap! All you have to do is wash your face, get a little baking soda (like, a little), add a little water and begin to rub in on your face. But, as I learned last night, be gentle because that stuff really works!
