Two men in Austin, Texas were arrested Friday after police there determined they were intoxicated while they rode their mule and horse down 6th Street. If you recall, 6th Street is the street in downtown Austin that is covered in bars and caters to Austin’s college population.
In Texas, apparently, animals count as motor vehicles, which is why the two men were charged as such. What do you think?
