Breaking Down Health Reform
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is on the chopping block if House Republicans have their way, but the more likely scenario is that the law stays in place. If you’re like me, somewhere between losing your job and finding a new one, you haven’t really had time to sit down and think about what this bill means to you.
Well I found a resource for you.
Slate’s Timothy Noah put together an extensive list of resources that outline all different aspects of the health reform bill. I’m planning on checking it out more myself, in the meantime, here’s a short list of some of the info you can find there: Consumer info, provider info, comparisons of different legislative proposals, Medicare/Medicaid, documents, info from think tanks, bloggers, columnists and other resources. In short, lots of stuff.
Check it out!
