El ‘Eslica Kino’:Valley Legislator Found Guilty

Kino Flores was found guilty of numerous campaign financing and reporting violations. Flores has long been a problem among Valley Dems. While he professed to stick with his party, for example, he didn’t go with fellow partisans to Ardmore, OK when Democratic party House members went there to deny the GOP a quorum to redistrict the state. And he has long been “a vote you can’t count on,” a fellow House member told me.
