Joe Biden to discuss child migrants in Latin America

Vice President Joe Biden is extending a planned trip to Latin America this week in order to convene a high-level meeting in the region to address a massive surge in children crossing the border into the U.S. through Mexico.
Biden will add a stop in Guatemala on Friday to meet with the president of that country and El Salvador, as well as a top official from Honduras, senior Obama Administration officials told reporters.
