Congressional Hispanic Caucus to go to the White House

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus is heading to the White House Wednesday for its own meeting with President Barack Obama.

The CHC’s confab – focused on immigration– comes the same day as a critical House Republican Conference meeting on how the GOP wants to move forward on immigration reform.

The White House meeting is scheduled for 11 a.m., according to congressional aides. The Hispanic Caucus last met with Obama in January.
