Obama Admin Reverses Deportations – Opens Door For Amnesty?
The Obama Administration just announced that it would be changing the way it deals with undocumented immigrants. According to a report from the Associated Press, and Noticias Telemundo, the administration has said it will review cases individually and then make decisions on a case-by-case basis.
AP reported that convicted criminals will be priority and:
The government says many illegal immigrants who don’t have criminal records but are facing possible deportation will get to stay in the U.S. indefinitely and have a chance to apply for a work permit…
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says authorities will make a case-by-case review of the approximately 300,000 illegal immigrants who are facing possible deportation.
Telemundo tweeted that the administration will go after the “worst of the worst” and that workers who are undocumented may have a chance to apply for a work permit.
