Diabetes in Cake-Pie Form

This is probably one of the most amazing things I’ve ever imagined in my entire life.  Being from a family of diabetics and would-be diabetics who love pastries — I affectionately call pastries “my kryptonite” — I can truly appreciate the wonder of this Pumpple Cake.
